Hatha Yoga is a way of knowledge that allows the release of vital energy through the static and dynamic practice of asanas, pranayama, visualization and meditation.

We organize training courses 200hours Yoga Alliance, we also hold classes of various levels throughout the year mainly in the Fiumicino area, in Maccarese and Fregene.

           THE PATH OF YOGA

This specific practice follows the teachings of the Himalayan Masters by proposing various energy techniques related to the personal experience of the teacher Flavia Ricordy Radha. The practice involves the study of the chakras (energy centers) and the use of mudras (sacred gestures) and bhanda (seals) to become aware of the possibilities we have to convey our energies according to needs. Through the study of the physical body, subtleness of the practitioner and the perception of breathing in every position, the Sadhaka (the one who practices yoga) travels inside his body-instrument to know and listen to himself. The practices are sealed by Sanskrit mantra (repetition of sacred sound) and they use the vibrations of the bija mantra (sacred syllables) to rebalance our subtle energies. Lessons often convey notions and aspects of Ayurvedic medicine and take place following a 5-element reordering criterion.
